He prides himself in program design and following a regimen in the best interest of his clients. Paul participated as a student athlete on the baseball field through high school and into college. He understands what it takes to maintain a balanced schedule between your health and wellness and your daily schedule.

VANARSDALE

Evan VanArsdale has enjoyed fitness ever since he walked into Relentless at age 13, he instantly fell in love with boxing and the essence of fitness and coaching. Boxing is not only the physical aspect but is also a very mental sport, which has shaped his life and fitness career.
DANIELLE ARRIAGA

Danielle has worked in the health and wellness world for the past 10 years. Whether that was personal training, mental health coaching, to previously owning her own gym! Danielle takes the time to listen and understand her clients WHY and makes it her WHY to get you to your goals!
HENRY SANTOS
Coach
Coach Henry is an alumni from Rutgers University where he earned a Bachelor’s in Nutritional Science as well as exercise science related education. Henry has been in the fitness coaching industry since 2021, and began his journey coaching soccer themed fitness classes to toddlers at daycares across Monmouth County.
